What are the requirements for IAA agents?

You need to be able to translate texts into English (in particular, driver's license), have a computer and office equipment knowledge at the user level (scan photos, work with e-mail, with documents) and be prepared for responsibility for mistakes in applications and unreliable information in national rights or identity cards.

What do you need to become an IAA agent?

You need to contact our office through the contact form, as well as provide brief information about yourself, in particular: when you can start working, how much IDPs can you sell per month, i.e. how many IDPs will you order, with which payment systems you are willing to work (credit cards, Western Union, money transfers or something else), where you are going to distribute the IDPs.

Do I have to stick to the amount of work I choose every month?

No, you can choose how many IDs you order, the scheme of work can vary depending on how you decide. The minimum volume for receiving payment for your work is 3 pcs. per week. You do not need to warn about the amount change in advance, but the payment for each IDP will increase with a large number of orders.

What does the payment for my work depend on?

The payment is calculated by the number of certificates ordered (payment for each IDP), while the more IDPs you order (and the longer the validity period), the higher the tariff for each. You can see the table of tariffs on this page. Please note that if you want to fulfill a plan of more than 20 IDPs per week, the calculation of payment is made according to a separate agreement.

Do I need to work out my own base of clients?

No, for the International Automobile Association agents it is possible to use a common database, which will allow you to increase the efficiency of your work for several times. Of course, additions to the database are welcome and encouraged.

Can an entity become an IAA agent?

Yes, in the same way as individual. On the page of the agent's questionnaire form there is a separate questionnaire for the legal entity, which differs slightly in the number of questions.
